Responsibilities

Assess patient needs on admission and ongoing.
Determine nursing diagnoses from assessments and data analysis.
Set patient-centered outcome goals and guide patient/family.
Individualize care plans based on patient needs.
Implement nursing and medical orders appropriate to patient status.
Perform other tasks assigned by hospital administration.
