Job summary
AdventHealth in Overland Park, KS is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time Day shift. You will assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, and sociocultural factors; develop and revise individualized care plans; administer medications; educate patients and families; and collaborate with the medical team to optimize outcomes.
The role supports a Clinical Ladder program with salary adjustments up to 20% based on experience and performance, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus
Qualifications
- Assess physiologic, psychologic, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments safely following orders and protocols.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
- Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Assess patients comprehensively across multiple dimensions.
- Create and adjust care plans based on standards of care.
- Administer meds and treatments per physician orders.
- Educate patients/families to promote understanding and adherence.
