Job summary

Campbell County Health in Gillette, WY seeks an ICU Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient- and family-centered care in the ICU. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for critically ill patients, monitor progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Wyoming license, and a minimum of 2 years ICU experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Wyoming Nursing license.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessment and documents in patient record.
• Develops an age-appropriate plan of care in collaboration with the health care team.
• Implements the plan of care, delegates appropriately and ensures documentation.
• Evaluates progress, revises plan of care and intervenes as necessary.
• Educates patient and families regarding current health status and outcomes.
• Maintains nursing standards and supports quality improvement.
