GOEBEL FIXTURE COMPANY in Casper, WY is seeking an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients in a high-acuity environment. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree in Nursing, BLS/ACLS within 90 days, and PALS within 12 months; critical care experience preferred. The role is full-time, non-exempt, and located in Casper, WY.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• BLS and ACLS within 90 days of hire
• PALS recommended within 12 months of hire
• Critical care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Perform ongoing assessments, monitor status, and detect changes needing intervention.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments with documentation.
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment including monitors and ventilators.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Document care accurately and timely, and participate in quality improvement.
