ScionHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the ICU at Andalusia Health in Andalusia, AL. The RN will provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, monitor hemodynamic status, administer medications, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Formación

• 6 months RN experience in acute care required.
• Postsecondary nursing program completed; BSN preferred.
• BCLS, ACLS, and NCI certifications upon hire or per facility timelines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a critical care setting.
• Monitor hemodynamics and administer medications.
• Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments and reassessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other staff.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Respond to code blue and rapid response scenarios.
• Assist in invasive procedures (central/arterial lines).
• Maintain infection control and EMR documentation.
