Job summary

HCA Houston Healthcare North Cypress is seeking an ICU RN to provide high-quality patient-centered care in a 20+ bed ICU. You will collaborate with intensivists and care teams to deliver evidence-based practice, manage life-saving interventions, and ensure safety and patient advocacy across critical care areas.

The role requires active Texas RN licensure, BLS/ACLS certification, and ICU experience. A 165+ bed campus with Level III trauma services and advanced monitoring supports professional

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (diploma, ASN, or BSN).
• Texas RN license or Multi-State Compact with requirement to obtain TX license within 90 days.
• Current BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate ICU nursing care.
• Monitor patient status and document interventions; escalate as needed.
• Administer medications following policies and laws; ensure infection control.
