Job summary

Universal Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU at Temecula Valley Hospital. You will perform initial assessments, titrate vasoactive medications, monitor critical patients, and contribute to discharge planning from admission onward.

Ideal candidates hold an active CA RN license with BLS and ACLS, NIHSS within 3 months, and prefer a BSN. One year ICU experience is preferred. UHS offers growth, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current California RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA).
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire; CCRN encouraged.
• One year ICU experience preferred; BSN preferred.
• Accredited RN program completed.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessment and document appropriately for ICU care.
• Initiate discharge planning for each patient on admission as appropriate.
• Titrate vasoactive drugs and monitor patient condition in ICU.
