Temecula Valley Hospital Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU to perform initial assessments, document appropriately, and participate in discharge planning. This role requires CA RN licensure, current BLS and ACLS, and NIHSS within 3 months of hire.

ICU experience is preferred, with CCRN encouraged. You will provide care for critically ill patients, including those on ventilation, titration of vasoactive medications, and continuous monitoring, under physician direction.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with California RN license.
• Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA).
• NIHSS required within 3 months of hire.
• CCRN encouraged.
• One year ICU experience preferred.
• Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Initial assessment and documentation appropriate to patient condition and care setting.
• Initiates discharge planning for each patient upon admission as appropriate.
• Able to calculate and titrate vasoactive drugs in ICU.
• Able to care for patients on mechanical ventilation and monitor ventilation status.
• Interpret cardiac arrhythmias and alert physician to significant changes.
