Job summary

DGADA Management - ede8 is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a per diem ICU role in Adrian, MI. The RN will provide expert care to critically ill patients, monitor conditions, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe patient outcomes.

The position requires at least 1 year of recent ICU experience, active RN licensure, and current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications. Per diem schedule and fast-paced critical care environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license valid for the work location.
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience within the past 2 years.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Recent acute-care experience; LTACH and IRF experience alone will not qualify.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ conditions and monitor vital signs and clinical changes.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients requiring intensive care and respond to emergencies.
• Operate critical-care equipment and monitor readings.
