Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and WA RN license upon hire.
• 1–2 years med/surg experience with completion of a critical care residency or
• New graduate with senior practicum in a specialty and completion of a CC residency.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high‑quality nursing care and implement care plans.
• Assess patients holistically and document changes using the nursing process.
• Administer and document medications per orders and hospital policy.
• Maintain safety, risk management, and regulatory standards in daily work.
• Prepare patients for discharge and coordinate post‑discharge needs.
