CommonSpirit Health in Livingston, TX is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care and drive positive patient outcomes. You will perform thorough assessments, develop and execute individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a fast-paced hospital setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of RN experience, an active TX RN license, and CPR with ACLS training in a timely manner.

Qualifications

At least one year of RN experience required.
Current RN license for Texas at hire.
BLS CPR certification required within 14 days; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized, high-quality nursing care and assessments.
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Document care plans and transitions accurately for safe discharge.
Respond to changes in patient condition and notify physicians as needed.
Ensure patient safety and adherence to care protocols.
