Job summary

You will exercise clinical judgment, oversee shift operations, assign duties, liaise with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in alignment with professional standards.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in state of employment as applicable.
• One year of clinical RN experience.
• Associates Degree in Nursing or by endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical and department activities for the unit and act as a clinical resource and role model.
• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and ensure high-quality care delivery.
• Lead unit operations during designated shift and assign duties.
• Ensure appropriate staff skill mix and safe patient care during admissions/cases.
• Liaise with the multidisciplinary patient care team and promote collaboration.
