Qualifications

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care of patients.
• Ensure continuity of care between shifts.
• Supervise care given by nursing assistants, LPNs, and supportive staff.
• Participate in patient and family teaching.
• Act as a patient advocate.
