Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Intensive Care Unit. You will provide direct bedside care to critically ill patients and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include monitoring patients with advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic needs, developing care plans, supervising others, and participating in hourly rounding to maintain a safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care for ICU patients with complex needs.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor and respond to clinical changes, using evidence-based nursing practices.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other nursing staff as needed.
• Participate in hourly rounding and maintain a safe, patient-centered environment.
• Take charge responsibilities when required.
