Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking an RN for ICU opening to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will provide education to patients and families and document care in the medical record, ensuring alignment with clinical standards.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes, participate in quality initiatives, and support a recovery-focused, compassionate patient experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• RN (Registered Nurse)
• Associate Degree in nursing or related field

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team
• Provide patient education and discuss treatment plans, medications, and follow-up
• Maintain accurate medical records and document care promptly and thoroughly
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address patient needs and safety
