Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking an ICU RN for a Sanford, FL unit. The role involves critical care, continuous monitoring of patients, and executing clinical assessments in a busy ICU environment.

Requirements include active Florida RN or compact license, ADN or Diploma with BSN preferred, and certifications (BLS/NIHSS, ACLS/PALS) within specified timelines. Nights with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year ICU RN experience in acute care.
• Active Florida RN or compact license (FL within 60 days).
• ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• BLS & NIHSS within 30 days.
• ACLS & PALS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care and monitor vital signs in a high-acuity ICU.
• Perform clinical assessments and manage patient care.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

Salary: $33 – $49/hour + $4.50 (Nights) + $1.50 (Weekends)

Sign-on: $5000(Days) / $7500 (Nights)

Job Summary: ICU RN responsible for providing critical care, monitoring vital signs, performing clinical assessments, and managing patient care in a high-acuity environment.

Key Requirements:

• 1+ year recent ICU RN experience (acute care)
• Active Florida RN or compact license (FL within 60 days)
• ADN/Diploma required, BSN preferred

Shift:
