Job summary

LanceSoft is hiring an ICU Stepdown RN to join our clinical team. The role involves close patient monitoring, frequent assessments, and autonomous clinical decision-making to support patients needing intensive care.

Applicants must hold a Florida RN license (or an approved multistate license with 60 days to obtain Florida licensure after relocation) and have at least 1 year of ICU Stepdown experience; RN Diploma or Associate degree is expected, BSN preferred.

Job Title: ICU Stepdown RN

Salary Range: $31.86 - $46.28 (Max range for 17+ years of experience)

Shift Differentials: $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends

Shifts:

• Days (Rotating weekends)


• Nights (Rotating weekends)

Sign-on bonus:

• For Day Shift: $15k


• For Night Shift: $20k

We are seeking a dynamic ICU Step Down RN to join our team. We need a compassionate and reliable RN to provide care for patients that need close monitoring and frequent assessments. In this role you will be required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatment autonomously. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner.

Job Requirements:

• 1 years of Recent Acute Care ICU Stepdown RN experience. *would be interested in speaking with candidates that have 3 years of Cardiac PCU or Multisystem PCU experience!


• Florida RN license and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after relocation.


• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN is preferred
