Job summary

TalentBurst is seeking an ICU RN for an onsite 13-week contract in Port St Lucie, FL. Night shift (12 hours) 3 days/week, starting 10/12/2026. Requires 18 months ICU experience, BLS/ACLS at submittal, NIHSS before start. Will float among Martin North, South, Tradition hospitals within 20 miles.

Local candidates preferred; 36 hours guaranteed per 12-week block? Time-sensitive modules must be completed promptly after assignment confirmation.

Qualifications

• 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred.
• BLS and ACLS required at time of submittal
• NIHSS required prior to start
• Nicotine-free, 10-panel test

Responsibilities

• Provide ICU nursing care on night shift (12h) 3 days/week.
• Float to all three hospitals within 20 miles as needed.
• Complete time-sensitive training modules before start date.
• Comply with nicotine-free facility policy.

Shift: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30
Position / Specialty RN ICU
Start date: (next applicable orientation date 3-4 wks out)
Years of experience REQ: 18 months ICU experience required; 2 years preferred. CARDIAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Y
Certs REQ: BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes-Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20miles)
