North Star Healthcare has an immediate need for several Registered Nurse (RN) ICU – Travel & Per Diem positions. The RN will work in the ICU or critical care unit, attending to patients with critical conditions. Responsibilities include assisting physicians, monitoring patients, administering medication, and supporting patient families.

Primary Duties Include:

• Closely observing patients and noting procedures and medications.
• Assisting doctors with assessments and treatments.
• Monitoring vital signs and ensuring proper functioning of life support equipment.
• Attending to patients’ overall needs such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and medication.
• Collaborating with other ICU staff and providing clear guidance.
• Supporting and educating patients’ families.
