Job Description – Travel ICU RN

As a Travel Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, you'll be a vital part of a specialized critical care team. You will:

  • Monitor and care for patients with life-threatening conditions
  • Administer medications, manage ventilators, and interpret critical lab results
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care
  • Use advanced equipment and maintain detailed records
  • Educate patients and families on post-ICU recovery and care plans

Qualifications

  • Active RN License (California RN license required or compact with eligibility to obtain CA license)
  • Minimum of 2 years ICU experience in an acute care hospital
  • BLS, ACLS certifications required (must be AHA approved)
  • TNCC or CCRN preferred but not required
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
