Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Rochester, MI is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to deliver expert life-support and diagnostic care in Intensive Care Units across HFHS locations. Under supervision, you will perform invasive and non-invasive procedures, document thoroughly, and mentor students and staff.

You will collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure compliant billing practices.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapist program.
• Bachelor's in respiratory therapy preferred; AS degree minimum.
• Licensure: Michigan State license or eligibility within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert respiratory care and life-support therapies in ICUs.
• Perform invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures with accuracy.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient care activities.
