This role emphasizes collaboration with the healthcare team, strong documentation, and expertise in non-invasive ventilation and ABG analysis. Schedule is 2x12s days, on-site at Orlando Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Care.
• Active respiratory therapy license and NBRC credential preferred.
• Basic computer skills and documentation proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in respiratory therapeutics and non-invasive ventilators.
• Maintains accurate and precise patient documentation.
• Blends patient care management with technical expertise.
• Communicates openly with the healthcare team.
• Maintains quality control and data from ABG analyzers.
• Ensures attendance aligned with policies.
