Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite, TX is seeking an ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN) to provide intensive care to patients with life-threatening conditions. The ICU RN will monitor vital signs, use advanced equipment, and collaborate with the medical team to adjust care plans.

The role requires 12-hour night shifts (7:00 pm–7:00 am) on weekends (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon). A sign-on bonus is offered for qualified candidates, with comprehensive benefits described in the interview process.

Formación

• Active, current state RN license.
• Current BLS certification at hire.
• Experience in acute/critical care preferred.
• Ability to interpret basic arrhythmias within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor vital signs with monitors and devices.
• Administer medications and IV fluids with precise dosing.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients' families.
• Document care and maintain infection control and safety protocols.
