Job summary

Qualifications

• CA RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS within one year of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee nursing care for patients on the unit.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and ethical care in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families to plan and deliver care.
• Document care plans, assessments, and interventions accurately.
• Mentor staff, supervise shifts, and coordinate patient flow on the unit.
• Participate in quality improvement studies and implement improvements.
• Facilitate referrals and continuity of care across care teams.
