Responsibilities

• Primary clinical resource for staff on assigned unit.
• Role model and mentor for staff.
• Leads unit in the absence of the Nurse Manager/Director.
• Supports staff through problem solving and decision making.
• Coordinates care, staffing, and patient flow based on census and needs.
