Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within a collaborative team. A 20k sign-on bonus and relocation options are available for experienced nurses.

The role emphasizes critical thinking, patient-centered care, and adherence to professional standards, with a focus on coordinating interdisciplinary teams and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• BSN within four years for RNs with less than 12 months of experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: Develop individualized plan of care with patient, family and team involvement.
• Implement: Directs care and coordinates with team, manages time and resources.
• Evaluate: Reviews outcomes and revises plan of care as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
