Job summary

Aurora Health Care, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in line with established standards, policies, and procedures.

You will participate in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care, involving patients and families, and support discharge planning with the care team.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary team.
• Promote patient safety and quality/process improvement.
