Job summary

Monroe Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse for its ICU. You will provide direct patient care, lead family education, and collaborate with physicians to respond to changes in condition.

Responsibilities include utilizing critical care skills, maintaining privacy, and ensuring high standards of nursing practice. Full-time, night shift, with a $15,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates in Bloomington, IN.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certificate required; maintained.
• Critical Care Course preferred; 1+ year in acute/ICU care.
• ACLS certificate required within 30 days of hire and maintained.
• CCRN certification preferred.
• BSN degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process in the ICU.
• Direct patient/family education and assist others while maintaining standards of care.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and team.
