Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for 36 hours per week in Wisconsin. You will provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the safest patient environment and best experience.

The role requires licensure, BLS certification, and typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience. Sign-on bonuses and tuition reimbursement are available, with rotating 12-hour shifts and every 3rd weekend.

Qualifications

• RN license issued by the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with health care team to coordinate patient-centered care.
• Promote patient safety and reduce risk through evidence-based practices.
• Coordinate discharge planning using interdisciplinary approach.
• Demonstrate effective communication and delegation to unlicensed staff.
