Job summary

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to deliver patient-family centered care in a fast-paced ICU setting. A licensed RN with ADN or BSN is required, with BLS and ACLS certifications. Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 is offered.

Minimum 1-2 years ICU experience preferred; RN must pursue BSN if not already completed, with preceptor and leadership expectations outlined. EOE.

Qualifications
