Job summary

Baptist Health Bethesda Hospital is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient-family centered care using evidence-based practice. The role emphasizes assessment, technical skills, communication, critical thinking, and professional accountability in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, uphold safety standards, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Minimum Required Experience: 1 year of Robotics experience.
• RN must hold active Registered Nurse license.
• Associates degree in Nursing or Bachelors degree in Nursing.
• RNs hired after 2/1/2012 (South), 10/1/2017 (Bethesda), 10/1/2023 (Boca), 7/1/2018 (Fishermen) with an Associate's degree will have 3 years from their date of hire to complete the BSN degree.
• Preceptor class must be completed within twelve months of being deemed competent for independent practice.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS/NRP or ONS-Chemotherapy/Biotherapy provider certifications may be required as per department standards.
