Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU (Critical Care) at Southampton Medical Center in Franklin, VA. 24 scheduled weekly hours with Days/Nights shifts in the United States of America. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is available, and the team delivers high-quality patient care in a faith-based health system.

Required: RN license, 1 year RN experience (certifications like BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred at hire). Education includes BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience (required)
• 6 months RN experience in a Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or ED (preferred)
• Current state RN licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications described as preferred/required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to care for ICU patients.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes quickly and decisively.
• Other duties as assigned by the unit leadership.
