The Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, deliver direct patient care, and educate patients and families across transitions of care. This role supports the Nursing Practice Model and relies on leadership, communication, and teamwork to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Candidates must be a graduate of a nursing program with an RN license. The position offers a 12-hour day/night schedule, full-time status, and a compensation package that rewards

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current RN license by applicable state requirements.
• One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing care and direct patient care.

• Support nursing practice across settings and throughout the continuum of care.
