Job summary

Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate nursing care, provide direct patient care, and educate patients and families. The RN will work across the continuum of care, following Mayo Clinic Nursing Practice Model and contributing to quality improvement while mentoring staff.

Candidates must hold RN licensure, demonstrate BSN evidence within five years for certain hires, and prefer one year of RN or LPN Mayo Clinic experience.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the applicable state and current BLS certification.
• Evidence of BSN within five years for RN hires after Apr 2020.
• One year RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year LPN experience at Mayo Clinic preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work in a team environment.
• Flexible hours (days, evenings, nights, holidays, weekends) and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
