VHC Health in Arlington, VA is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will provide direct and indirect nursing care, supervise assigned staff, and ensure adherence to unit and hospital policies.

Eligible candidates must hold a BSN, Virginia or compact state RN license, and BLS; ACLS/PALS may be required for certain units. A year of acute care experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's in Nursing required.
• One year of Nursing/Patient Care in an acute care setting is required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse by the Virginia Department of Health Professions or Compact State Licensure required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS training or certification as applicable per unit requirements.

Mansioni

• Direct and indirect total nursing care for assigned patients.
• Supervise assigned personnel on the unit.
• Maintain department and hospital policies and procedures relevant to nursing care.
• Communicate information effectively in written, auditory or visual formats.
