Job summary

West Henderson Hospital in Nevada is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift RN to provide safe, competent nursing care across units as part of The Valley Health System. You will lead a clinical team, ensure policy adherence and contribute to patient-centered care initiatives.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, active NV RN license, BLS, ACLS, and additional certifications as needed. BSN preferred and pre-employment assessments may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and completion of a Specialty course/or equivalent within 6 months of hire. BSN preferred.
• One-year acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in Nevada. Current BLS Certification. ACLS Certification (adult) and PALS or NRP as required by department.

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Oversees and guides employees under supervision.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
