Qualifications

• Current Missouri RN license.
• Knowledge of professional nursing standards and patient care evaluation.
• Ability to prioritize and respond to changing patient needs.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and education skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive ICU nursing care including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Perform admission assessments within required timeframes and document findings.
• Assess and manage patient pain with appropriate interventions.
• Deliver patient- and family-centered education and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in performance improvement and safety initiatives.
