Job summary

Baptist Clay is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for Fulltime Nights with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires. You will deliver critical care using the nursing process, coordinate with physicians, and educate patients and families while advocating for patient needs.

Requirements include an RN license (state), 1-2 years cardiac and telemetry experience, BLS; ACLS/CCRN preferred. BA/BS or ASN in Nursing preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Cardiac Experience Preferred.
• 1-2 years Telemetry Experience.
• Hospital experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate care with physicians and ancillary staff.
• Educate patients and families about disease and plan of care.
• Advocate for patients and ensure high acuity care when needed.
