Adams Memorial Hospital in Decatur, IN is seeking an Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse (ICU RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients on third shift.

The role requires Indiana RN license, BLS/CPR, ACLS and PALS within 6 months of hire, and a 36-hour weekly schedule. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with medical coverage starting on day one of employment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Indiana (RN).
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within 6 months of hire.
• Critical Care Nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, including assessments and care planning.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and evaluate progress.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support patient-centered care and families during critical events.
