• Current North Carolina RN license or licensure in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care, including data collection, assessment, expected outcomes, and care planning with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identify interventions, implement care plans, evaluate progress, and document processes with attention to age-specific needs.
• Promote effective health care team functioning, collaborate with team to meet patient/family needs, and delegate within NC Nurse Practice Act.
