The role requires RN licensure and certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale, with ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based practice standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 6 months of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required within 90 days of start date.
• RN is required and must be licensed as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care as part of the ICU team.
• Collaborate with providers and care team to implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Promote evidence-based practices to improve quality measures and outcomes.
• Support a holistic treatment approach through multidisciplinary collaboration.
