Lee's Summit Medical Center, a 80+ bed full-service hospital serving Lee's Summit and surrounding areas, is part of the HCA Healthcare Midwest Health system. We have over 500 colleagues and 60 volunteers, offering cardiology, cancer care, emergency services and more to our community.

We are seeking an RN to establish unit goals, assist with the annual budget, hire and coach staff, and maintain clinical readiness during peak census.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Nursing is required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Licensed registered nurse in applicable state with compact license if applicable.
• ICU Critical Care experience and leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Establish unit operational goals and hold staff accountable.
• Assist director with unit financial management and budgeting.
• Hire, engage, evaluate, coach and retain nursing and support staff.
• Maintain RN requirements to function during high census or staffing shortages.
• Adhere to productivity measures and manage staffing utilization.
