Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to patients of all ages in the unit.
• Direct LVNs and unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders and nursing standards.
• Document patient care and unit activities accurately and promptly.
• Maintain patient safety and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with medical staff to support patient outcomes.
