Job summary

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Florida RN license (compact license acceptable; 60 days to obtain Florida license after relocation).
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• No travel required.
• 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high quality, patient-centered care with the care team.
• Teaches patients and families about conditions, status, treatment plan, meds and follow-up.
• Educates on non-medicinal follow-up measures and self-management.
• Supports evidence-based practices and continuous improvement to enhance care quality.
• Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver a holistic treatment plan.
