HCA Florida Palms West Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team. You will educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and follow-up, while promoting health and recovery through evidence-based practices.

The role emphasizes teamwork, leadership in patient advocacy, and contribution to department performance.

Formación

• RN licensure and credentials required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS certification required at start date.
• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Educate patients and families about condition, plan, medications, and follow-up.
• Teach lifestyle changes and self-management for long-term health.
• Engage in evidence-based practice and quality-improvement initiatives.
