Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• BLS certification prior to patient contact.
• ACLS certification within 6 months for ICU units.
• Unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients comprehensively and collaborate with healthcare team.
• Develop individualized care plans with patient and family.
• Provide evidence-based nursing interventions under hospital policies.
• Monitor patient outcomes and adjust care accordingly.
• Lead and mentor peers, participate in PI initiatives and leadership rounds.
