- Assess rapidly changing patient conditions and initiate ICU protocols.
- Manage advanced critical care interventions including mechanical ventilation and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Provide education to families and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Lead emergency responses and support continuity of care across units.
