Qualifications

• 1 year ICU nursing experience
• Current RN license
• Missouri RN license or Compact license accepted
• Strong critical care, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Evaluates care effectiveness and coordinates patient care with other departments.
• Collaborates with the ICU team to ensure optimal outcomes and safety.
• Assesses and monitors critically ill patients and responds to changes promptly
