Job summary

Mercy Hospital Washington in Missouri seeks an ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. The role is full-time with 24 hours per week and offers a up to $20,000 sign-on bonus for qualified experienced nurses.

You'll manage patient care in a 19-bed critical care unit, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and provide high-level assessment and interventions in a fast-paced hospital setting. Comprehensive benefits begin on Day One.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience required.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Missouri RN license or Compact State RN license accepted.
• Strong critical care, assessment, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
• Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers.
• Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
