Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Active RN licensure in California or compact state.
• ACLS/BCLS certifications required.
• Minimum one year of Critical Care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to critically ill patients using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Supervise nursing care provided by other staff and coordinate with family and interdisciplinary teams.
• Administer medications following hospital policy, ensuring correct dosages and routes.
